📦 Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 7–30 business days. Delivery to the US, Europe, and Australia usually takes 7–90 business days via standard shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to 28+ countries. Shipping costs and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

🔌 Power & Installation

What power do your neon signs use?
Most of our signs are USB powered (5V) — simply plug into any USB port, power bank, or USB wall adapter. Some larger signs use 12V with an included adapter.

Are they safe to leave on?
Yes. LED neon signs run cool and consume very little energy. They are safe for extended use.

How do I install the sign?
Each sign comes with mounting hardware. Most can be hung on a wall or placed on a flat surface. Installation takes under 5 minutes.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Please contact us at cusneonsign@gmail.com to initiate a return.

What if my sign arrives damaged?
Please take a photo and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
